Jaimie Knittle
Studio Manager/Instructor/Choreographer


Jaimie comes from Boardman, Ohio where she started her dance training at the age of 4. She started competing at the age of 8 and has continued her passion for dance through choreography, instructing and performing. As a Company Choreographer and Director, Jaimie has produced award-winning dancers and she continues to win awards as a choreographer for her competitive routines. Jaimie is trained in all areas of dance, including baton and pom.  

Jaimie's enthusiasm to work with students of all ages has allowed her to work with local schools, including Forestbrook Elementary, where she implemented an after-school Hip Hop program and with the students of St. James High School as choreographer for the musicals Bye Bye Birdie and High School Musical.  In the past, Jaimie has also taught dance at the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Club of Myrtle Beach.

                                        During her years in college, Jaimie was the Captain and Choreographer for the Otterbein College Dance Team for four years and was recently invited back as a Guest Choreographer. Jaimie is a graduate of Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio with a B.A. in Broadcasting. Jaimie also has a successful radio career working at Cumulus Broadcasting on 106.5 The Coyote and Sunny 103.1.


Amber Rainey
Instructor/Choreographer


Amber is from upstate New York and has 15+ years training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop. She danced competitively and taught in New York for many years.  When Amber has some free time, she enjoys dancing for musicals at the Theatre of The Republic in Conway, SC. She can also be heard on Gator 107.9.





Courtney Marini
Instructor/Choreographer

Courtney is from Greensboro, NC where she started her dance training at the age of 5. She started dancing competively at the age of 13 and teaching her own classes at the age of 16. Courtney went to a High School of Performing Arts where she trained in Ballet. From then, she joined the University of North Carolina at Greensboro's Dance Team. She has been working with and training children in the art of dance for over 20 years. Courtney has three children. Her daughter, Ireland, has been dancing since the age of 3 and currently on the Company Starz Team with Palmetto Dance Starz.


Kaitlin Owens
Instructor/Choreographer

Kaitlin Owens was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, SC. She is a graduate of Coker College with a Bachelor's degree in dance performance and choreography.  At Coker, Kaitlin was the 2009-2010 Coker Dance Elites Co-Captain and Choreographer as well as a member of the Coker Repertory Dance Company. Before college, Kaitlin danced competitively for over ten years, traveling up and down the east coast to compete.  She has training in the areas of ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical, contemporary, musical theater, improvisation, hip-hop/break dancing, acrobatics, and hula dance. Kaitlin has worked with many choreographers including Amy Marshall and Chad Levy of the Amy Marshall Dance Company and Twyla Tharp.

 Lori Chadwick-Jenkins
 Certified Zumba Instructor
 Lori has been teaching fitness classes for the past year at the Claire Chapin Epps YMCA and has certificates for Zumba Gold® and  various SilverSneakers® programs. In this coming year she hopes to train for the kids version of Zumba® - Zumbatomic® and Zumba  Basic® (and maybe even Aqua Zumba®!) Originally from Rhode Island, she now lives in Myrtle Beach with her husband and three  children.
